Series 60 Version Proving Popular
It's only been out a week, but the download statistics for Vexed on the Series 60 phones (by now you should know these are the Nokia 7650 and 3650's) are absolutely stunning. In 7 days, over 2000 copies of Vexed have been downloaded. Whoever you are (and before you get to level 30...), thank you!
To give you a comparison, the Nokia 9200 version has had 4500 downloads since it's last update in early December 2002. When companies and people talk about the sheer volume of Series 60 devices compared to any other Symbian (or Psion) device that's been to market, they're not kidding.

First of all, thx for a great game. Really enjoying this one, simple and addictive!!!
Hmmm.... level 30 you say, thats the level i am trying to solve at the moment, but it seems impossible?? Whonder what you mean with your quote "(and before you get to level 30...)"..
And a question:
Can we expect all the extra levels available for other platforms, to the 3650/7650 as well?? That would be very great!!
Thx in advance
Happy User,
Yes yuo an expect all the level packs from previous versions ported to the 7650 and 3650 machines. The next upgrade will include the menus and dialogs like every other S60 app (all that's holding that up is coding menu's into the OPL Runtime - welcome to the bleeding edge of programming). After that will be a version to allow level pack loading.
I'm also looking at implementing a feature where you can log on to this site with your Series 60 phone and download level packs "over the air" directly into your phone. That's some way off, but should be possible.
Oki, I think I've just finished the 58 levels of this first pack. Any idea when we can expect additional levels... it's so so so addictive.
Thanks again for a great game.
Off on holiday tomorrow but i've finished the original level pack and NEED more for my 7650! :)
